Ian Woodhouse
Ian is a strategy mentor and adviser to wealth managers, wealth technology firms and financial services leaders. He previously held senior roles at PwC, EY, IBM, Accenture and Orbium, advising firms on strategy, technology and industry change.
He now works part time for boards, executives, founders and with Multrees Investor Services, helping organisations build resilience, adaptability and long-term strategic advantage.

Pauline Egan
Pauline is a trusted business adviser and mentor with over 30 years’ experience in wealth management. She held senior leadership roles at RBC Wealth Management, including leading the EMEA Affluent business (AUM £1bn), serving as Head of London and acting as Executive Head of Strategy & Business Management.
She now supports wealth management firms as a board adviser, NED and executive coach.

Rupert Phelps
Rupert advises single family offices and business-owning families. He has held senior roles across wealth management, including at Smith & Williamson, Savills and BNY Mellon, and co-founded the Lord Mayor’s Global Family Office Summit at Mansion House.
He was recognised with a Spear’s Award for Outstanding Provider of Family Office Services and brings extensive experience working in international private capital, with particular expertise in family governance and complex multi-jurisdictional structures.

Keith is an experienced adviser to financial services firms in wealth management and private banking. He has held senior leadership roles across global consulting and financial services organisations, including EY, Capgemini and Capco, and led EY’s Wealth Management and Private Banking business for over a decade.
He now advises established firms, start ups and charities/social impact organisations on strategy, distribution, partnerships and funding - bringing deep sector knowledge and practical leadership experience.
