The Value of Trust

This report allows wealth managers to identify good and bad practice in terms of building trust, and importantly provides a framework in order to help them achieve greater trust amongst both their clients and their staff.

The research was carried out by Bruce Weatherill to collect quantifiable data to help wealth managers understand how they can obtain ‘Trusted Advisor’ status, and the benefits of doing so.

There were 654 participants, comprising 369 high net worth clients and 285 wealth managers whose responses form the basis of the findings in this report. Participants were drawn from around the world and there is excellent coverage of the key jurisdictions targeted.
